Safety issues
We have written out a detailed safety plan for all of our activities.
Our guides have passed a first-aid course. They also have first-aid kits with them during activities and they are trained to recognize risks involved in the activity.
It is preferable, that the customers will let the guide know all of their sicknesses and other circumstances of their health that could affect the performance, before the activity. For example pregnancy, diabetes, heart disease, back pains etc. can cause changes in the schedule for the planned activity.
Our company has liability insurance.
Customer is liable to compensate if he damages the equipment or other material on purpose or recklessly against guides’ instructions.
The schedule and details of the activities are subject to change due to the weather.
Alcohol and other narcotics
Customer is liable to pay for the ordered activity, if he is drunk or under the influence of any other narcotic and therefore can’t participate in the activity.
Our guides have the right to use breathalyzer if use of alcohol is suspected. They also have the right to deny your participation if necessary.
