Canoeing Safaris in Kuopio & Tahko

Guests participate on the canoe trips wearing their own clothes. Life vests and other necessary equipment are included in the rate, as well as the services of a well experienced guide. Safety issues and driving instructions are always carefully reviewed before safaris. The trips are arranged in Tahko and Kuopio, unless mentioned otherwise in the description of the trip. Please notice that in case there's a danger of forest fire, we will not set a campfire. In that case we will substitute other snacks for sausages.

This trip is easy and perfect for first timers, nature lovers and those interested in the unique views on a Finnish lake. In a canoe one is really close to the surface of water and thus gets the best connection with the beautiful nature. We’ll canoe along the shores and around the islands admiring lovely Lakeland scenery. On a break we'll enjoy the surrounding peace while preparing sausages over a campfire.
